I am lucky enough to have two wonderful Associates in my practice. If budget is a concern, they are able to take on a limited amount of clients on a sliding scale basis. Check them out!
Isabel was born and raised in London, England, and has lived in the United States for over a decade, earning her bachelor’s in Art History in Pennsylvania and her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in New York. After several years working in the art industry in New York City, she decided to follow in the footsteps of the two generations of female mental health counselors before her, pursuing her career as a psychotherapist.
Isabel has been interested in mental health and the complexities of human emotion and relationships throughout her life, and is passionate about the arts and creative expression as a means for healing and growth. She takes a holistic approach to wellness, taking into account the physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing of an individual.
Isabel believes in the importance of creating a warm and compassionate therapeutic alliance, fostering genuine connections and using humor when appropriate. She uses an integrative approach to create a tailored experience for each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and a strengths based, trauma-informed approach. Her experience includes working with individuals on the Autism spectrum, as well as those dealing with trauma, depression, social anxiety and bullying, disordered eating and grief.

Hi, I'm Hunter, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) based in Los Angeles. I am committed to empowering adolescents, teenagers, and adults to manage challenges like anxiety and depression. I believe in fostering a safe, warm, and welcoming environment that supports building stronger relationships and developing skills to cope with life's ups and downs.
Graduating from Syracuse University, the first accredited MFT master's program in the country, I bring together a strong academic foundation and practical life experience to customize support for each individual. My history in the high-pressure professions of entertainment and tech helps provide a creative and empathetic backbone to my work. My therapeutic approach is nonjudgmental, integrative, and client-centered, recognizing that no two clients are the same. I tailor my methods to meet each person where they are in their unique journey. I bring my whole self to sessions and recognize and honor diverse experiences and perspectives. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as DBT, Narrative, and Psychodynamic Therapy; I love to collaborate with my clients to achieve their goals.
I'm so excited about this work, and I'm eager to meet and support you on your path to well-being.
